Professional Experience

She has 25 years of professional experience in conducting social, evaluation, and marketing research, having delivered over 100 research projects. In 2006–2007, she worked for the Poznań City Hall. In 2017–2019, she worked at the Regional Social Policy Centre in Poznań as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. In 2018–2021, she was a lecturer at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2022–2023, she served as the coordinator of the think tank at the Polish Evaluation Society, responsible for organising and facilitating a series of debates within the Evaluation Round Tables and the EvalCafe morning discussions. She has twice served as a tutor for young evaluators in the "Kuźnia Ewaluacji" programme and as a mentor within the Polish Evaluation Society. She has been actively engaged in non-governmental organisation since 1996.

Evaluation, social research methodology, youth sociology, digital sociology, sociology in business, sociology of everyday life, social services.

She serves as Editorial Secretary of Polski Przegląd Ewaluacyjny / Polish Evaluation Review. She is also a member of the working group on AI standards within the National Evaluation Unit at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy.
