The main goal of the Laboratory is to create targeted, interdisciplinary teams for the preparation and implementation of research projects, including international teams under already signed agreements with the University of Zielona Góra. Further contracts will be prepared successively. The need to create a laboratory resulted, among others, from the need to demonstrate integrated activities within the unit dealing with youth issues in the efforts of min. for obtaining funds under the Horizon 2020 program, in which it is possible to apply for funds for the creation of research networks and international cooperation (COST).

Our Faculty has an extremely rich scientific achievements in the field of youth research, to mention the activity and work of Professor Edward Hajduk and his team, as well as Polish-German research conducted in the 1990s. The studio builds on this achievement, inviting all scientists interested in acquiring, expanding and disseminating knowledge about contemporary youth and all aspects of its social functioning to cooperate.
